VNB is a multi-concept operator of independent restaurant brands, based in San Antonio, Texas. Currently, VNB is comprised of approximately 4.700 total employees across virtually every discipline of restaurant operations and management. Since inception, VNB has opened and/or acquired close to 700 units across 18 brands.

VNB currently manages all store-level and corporate operations for Zio’s Italian Kitchen, Sushi Zushi, Tahoe Joe’s, Hometown AYCE Marketplace, Old Country AYCE Marketplace, Furr’s AYCE Marketplace, and Ryan’s AYCE Marketplace.
